Tariff 2008

Our 2008 Tariff is the same as 2007
All prices are per person and include VAT @ 17.5%
* Bank Holidays are charged at Summer rates.
* The Hotel is closed over the Christmas period.

Special Terms for children
(when sharing parents room.)
Up to 2 years: £5 per day
plus any meals etc., taken.
Age 3 - 9 years: 50% reduction
Age 10 - 16 years: 25% reduction

Bedrooms: All rooms are en-suite and have: Colour television Tea & coffee making facilities. Hairdryers. Direct dial telephones.

When a double room is let as a single a supplement of £15 per night is charged.

Check in: Rooms available from 3pm on day of arrival.
Check out: Rooms should be vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure.

No Smoking: The Barn is a non smoking hotel.

Meal times: Breakfast 8.00 am to to 9.00 am.

Accounts: Due for settlements on departure. We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta, cash or cheque (supported by bankers card) payable to 'The Barn Hotel'.

Dogs: We regret we cannot accommodate dogs or any other pets.

Cancellation: deposits non refundable We advise all guests to consider the benefit of holiday Cancellation Insurance. In the event of cancellation or curtailment you are liable to a charge for your booking (less any revenue we are able to obtain from re-letting the accommodation). Details are available on request, or you are free to make your own arrangements with the insurer of your choice.
