Extra Beds £20 per bed, per day (up to 16 years of age).

Bedrooms: All rooms are en-suite and have: Colour television Tea & coffee making facilities. Hairdryers. Direct dial telephones.

Check in: Rooms available from 2pm on day of arrival.
Check out: Rooms should be vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure.

Breakfast : 8.00 am to to 9.00 am.

Sandwich service: Restaurants are plentful and varied in Exmouth, however for those who prefer it, a pre-ordered sandwich service is available on their return to the Barn.

Accounts: Due for settlements on departure. We accept payment by Debit Card, cash or cheque (supported by bankers card) payable to 'The Barn'.

A 2% surcharge will be added if payment is made by a Credit Card including Mastercard, Visa, Switch or Delta.

Dogs: By arrangement.

No Smoking: The Barn is a non smoking hotel.

Cancellation: deposits non refundable We advise all guests to consider the benefit of holiday Cancellation Insurance. In the event of cancellation or curtailment you are liable to a charge for your booking (less any revenue we are able to obtain from re-letting the accommodation). Details are available on request, or you are free to make your own arrangements with the insurer of your choice.
